The panelist whom included @pkukubo (Paul Kukubo), @blongwe (Brian Longwe), @mbuguanjihia, @bangitito Bitange Ndemo @mikemachariaSST (Mike Macharia Seven Seas) and David Ndungu @davidndugu, they all made a ground setting for the debate that went worldwide to the trending list. Giving perspective on why government takes the culture of ICT local techies in regard to government tenders, opportunities and support.
